I confirm I am registering on behalf of a small community-based organisation, small voluntary organisation, registered charity or small business enterprise with an annual turnover of up to £1,000,000 per annum. I acknowledge that providing false or inaccurate information in this registration and subscription process will result in my organisation being removed and blocked from all future access and use of the My Funding Central site, with no refunds of any monies paid available. In the event false or inaccurate information is provided, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to raise legal proceedings against you.

I acknowledge that My Funding Central is only available to voluntary and community sector organisations across England, and accept as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, that it is not available for use by any intermediaries and the website and its contents cannot be used to provide a consultancy service.

Under no circumstances should user account details be shared with anyone else, either inside or outside your organisation. Failure to observe this will result in your user account being suspended and/or deleted with no refund of any monies paid.
