1.1. In accessing this site, whether as a registered user or otherwise, you accept in full and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions relating to your use and the content of this site. This site is powered by software and information developed and maintained by Idox plc ("Idox").
1.2. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you register or subscribe with us.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions refer to the following additional policies and terms, which also apply to your use of our website:
- 1.3.1. our Privacy Policy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us; and
- 1.3.2. our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on our site.
1.4. From time to time we may modify these Terms and Conditions. We advise you to check for updated terms each time you use this site, as those updated terms shall apply in respect of any subsequent use you make of this site.

3. Site purpose
3.1. Our purpose is to provide information on grants, loans, awards and other relevant forms of support for use by small local communities, small Town & Parish Councils, voluntary and charitable organisations and small business enterprises in England with an annual turnover of up to £1,000,000 per annum.
3.2. This site is free to use for organisations with an annual turnover of up to £30,000. All other organisations subscription fees will be based on the annual turnover of the organisation, in a price range between £50 and £300 per year for a subscription with a fixed number of users. Your organisation must meet one of the criteria set out in the previous clause (3.1) or you will be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Registration information
4.1. The registration and subscription process will require you to confirm either your organisation's Charity Registration number or your Company Registration number if you have these.
4.2. These numbers will be automatically verified upon entry. The verification process will also confirm an organisation's subscription amount based on their annual turnover.
4.3. You may be asked to provide evidence by submitting either a recent statement of accounts or a bank statement that can confirm your organisation's annual turnover.
5. Online payments
5.1. When you pay for your subscription online, you will be redirected to Stripe, our secure third-party payment provider, who will process your payment card details and take payment.

5.3. We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
5.4. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of using Stripe as a third-party payment provider.
5.5. Any subscription fees paid will be non-refundable.
6. Reliance on information published
6.1. Information and material published on this site is gathered from primary sources and checked for accuracy with them. Although Idox endeavours to ensure that all published material is accurate, timely and updated regularly, Idox shall not be liable for any inaccuracies and/or omissions in any information or materials provided, nor any interruption or delay to the accessibility of this website.
6.2. You should note that information and materials published or otherwise provided are for general information only and are not intended to be relied upon as specific advice or recommendations in relation to any transaction you may enter or otherwise. Idox shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage including loss of profit, revenue or contracts or any consequential or special loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of any information or materials contained on this site.
7. Terms of use
7.1. When using our website, or engaging in any of our services, you agree that you will not do any of the following:
- share your login details or any other credentials with a third party;
- reverse engineer or decompile (whether in whole or part) any software available through the website;
- make copies, modify, reproduce, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the website or any material or information contained on it (although you may make limited copies of your own account information for personal use);
- disguise or interfere in any way with the IP address of the computer you are using to access the website or otherwise take steps to prevent us from correctly identifying the actual IP address of the computer you are using whilst accessing the website;
- gain, or assist others in gaining, unauthorised access to the website. This includes acting as an intermediary and/or using the website and its contents to provide a consultancy service;
- use the website for any purpose that is unlawful, including any fraudulent use; and
- use the website to simulate communications from us or another service or entity in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials or other information.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All rights in information and materials on this site (the "Content") belong to Idox or its licensor and Idox and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Content, including all intellectual property rights.
8.2. No grant or transfer of any right, title, or interest to you is implied.
8.3. Content may be downloaded from the website and you may print individual pages on paper (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use.
8.4. Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without special arrangement and prior written permission from Idox:
- Redistribute any of the Content (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service);
- Remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of Content;
- Create a database in electronic or structural manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content.
In the event you wish to republish or redistribute Content in any manner, permission must have first been provided in writing by Idox.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1. Your use of the website, its contents, and any services or items obtained through the website is at your own risk. The website, its content, and any services or items obtained through the website are provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Idox nor any person associated with Idox makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the website or any services obtained through the website.
9.2. We do not guarantee or warrant the website will be free of viruses. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.
9.3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment due to your use of the website or any services or items obtained through the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
9.4. We try to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to the website and its content and features, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be available or uninterrupted.

10. Liability
10.1. In no event will Idox and its third parties be liable for damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use the services, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
10.2. The foregoing does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Cancelling your subscription with us
11.1. If you wish to end your subscription earlier than its expiry date, please contact us via enquiries.mfc@idoxgroup.com, otherwise your access and subscription will automatically end on the date your subscription ends.
11.2. We will retain the information related to your account for 6 months after your subscription ends. Should you renew your subscription within this period, you will be able to retain any saved funds or searches associated with your account. If you would like us to delete your information earlier than this, please contact us via enquiries.mfc@idoxgroup.com. Other ways in which we process your personal data are detailed in our privacy policy, including cases where we are obliged to retain data to meet legal requirements.
12. Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
12.1 In the event that incorrect or false information is provided to us, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our website and services;
- Issue of a warning to you;
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- Further legal action against you; and
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them.
13.2 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this website.
13.3 In the event of any dispute or claim, the laws of England will apply although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
